Patients do not arrive knowing what telehealth or in-home care involves. Explaining the model and the services without burying the appointment request was the whole job.
A practice site built around booking the first appointment
Be Well Medical offers affordable, personalized care through telehealth and in-home visits. The site had to explain an unfamiliar model of care and get patients to a scheduling step quickly.
What I built
A site that opens with the mission and provider team, breaks the services into scannable cards, and repeats a single Schedule an Appointment action throughout.
Outcome
I designed a website that enables Be Well Medical’s current and prospective clients to identify the right services for them, including the ability to schedule appointments.
