The problem
A platform of seven priorities does not fit on one page, and a summary of each does them no justice. Voters also needed the election date, polling details, events, and a way to give, without hunting for any of it.
Seven priorities, each with room to be read
Ashley Cavender ran for Washington County Commission in District 3 on a non-partisan, practical platform. The site had to give each of her seven priorities enough room to be explained properly, while keeping events, news, and donations one click away.
What I built
A campaign site with an Issues section that lists all seven priorities and gives each its own page, an election page covering dates and voting details, an events calendar, a news section with individual posts, and donations with preset amounts on the primary path.
Outcome
A website that connects voters, donors, and volunteers with Ashley to increase engagement and voter turnout.
